 South West Play Restore Popular Park to its Former Glory!

Penlee Park covers 15 acres and hosts Penlee House Gallery and Museum, tennis courts, a football field, a children's play area, a woodland walk, a garden of remembrance and a small open air theatre.

“We have worked for Penzance Town Council for many years and were exceptionally happy to reinstate the play area to its former glory allowing children of all ages to once again enjoy the park”

We completed the refurbishment of the popular Penlee Park Play Area in December 2011 which was badly damaged by arsonists in March 2010.  The Mayor of Penzance offered a £250 reward after the attack on the climbing frame and nearby wooden play tower.

We've installed many items of rope play equipment such as trim trails, group swings and tunnels, all made from 16mm wire reinforced rope which is compliant with EN1176 & EN1177 the playground standard.  The recent ROSPA report has been extremely favourable to the facelift we have given the park.

Adam Henson Gives His Support
 The National Farm Attractions Network have announced TV personality, Adam Henson will be the Keynote Speaker for their 2012 Conference at Drayton Manor Theme Park, Staffordshire on 7
 
With over 120 farm and rural attraction delegates expected from all over the UK, the association are delighted to have his support and obtain an insight into his own successful farm park.

The theme for 2012 will be ‘Moving Forward’, reinforcing the additional work the NFAN has undertaken this year to share industry learning amongst members and work with the HSE. Plus for the first time ever, the conference is being extended to two days, giving attendees the opportunity to visit two farm attractions on the first day.

Matt Heast, Chairman of the NFAN says: "The 2012 Conference is such an important event and we are thrilled Adam is supporting it, he is well known and respected in the industry.
Due to feedback from last year, we’ve extended the programme to two days, enabling delegates to have more networking time and to visit two nearby farm attractions."

In addition to a keynote from Adam Henson, the conference programme includes a lively debate on the state of the industry, a HSE update, as well as new ways to improve catering, customer service and season ticket sales.

This project was at Windsor Leisure Centre, the slide was part of a refurbishment of the beach entry wading/splash pool by Hippo Leisure. The bespoke safety netting was manufactured and installed by South West Play in order to comply with the stringent European Safety Regulations.
